 We will have a ton of fun and have many great fitness activities during this rally leading up to our Big Nolan Spooky Sprint Fun Run on Friday, October 31st- plus raise money for our school!

These Fitness Challenges will get us ready for the Spooky Sprint on Friday, 10/31!

Nolan is excited to utilize our Spooky Sprint fundraising dollars to help support a new interactive playground that will engage and benefit our students in several ways.  Also, the new equipment should be installed by the end of 2025 so our 5th grade students will be able to enjoy it!

Benefits:

* It will be used during indoor recess (rain days, snow days, and when it is too cold to be on the playground). 

* It can be utilized by our students with disabilities to engage in new learning opportunities. 

* Teachers can use it to teach curriculum through play.

The Lu Playground will be installed in the back gym (multipurpose room).  In addition to traditional PE classes, this will give us a flexible option for guided physical activity in the multipurpose room on inclement weather days when kids do not have the option for recess outdoors.  It will be a supplemental experience to enhance movement, teamwork and engagement.  Nolan will be the first Hamilton County School with this technology!  We are excited to dream big for our kids and make learning fun while promoting physical activity.

Prize Distribution Schedule:

Prize delivery on Thursday, 10/23, will include all prizes for donations received up until NOON on Wednesday, 10/22.  

Prize delivery on Tuesday, 10/28, will include all prizes for donations received up until NOON on Monday, 10/27.

Prize delivery on Friday, 10/31, will include all prizes for donations received up until NOON on Thursday, 10/30.

Donations received after NOON on Friday, 10/30, until midnight will be delivered the following week to the school.

Way to go Knights!! We have surpassed the $25k fundraising mark and earned a school-wide pajama day this Thursday, Oct 23! 

For the three 1st grade classes going on the field trip to the Planetarium 10/23, their pajama day will be Friday 10/24!
